Emphasis on stretches to enhance shapes commonly utilized in sensual/sexy style dance. All level friendly, but some anatomy/basic stretch experience is beneficial.

Series contains:

Week I - front splits / Week II - middle splits / Week III - backbends and lunges / Week IV - shoulders and back
